摘要
介绍云南华电镇雄发电有限责任公司对循环水泵控制系统可靠性提升做的优化改造,对发电厂安全经济运行有着重要意义。结合电厂实际情况,对循环水泵DCS系统改为两台机组分别控制进行了详细阐述,对其中的关键技术与创新点进行了分析,提高了系统可靠性。镇雄公司1、2号机组循环水泵系统已全部改造完成,此次技术改造投入少,效果明显,同时保证了系统简易明了,方便操作和维护,消除了原先的安全隐患,提高了辅机的控制水平和机组整体的自动化程度。改造后的系统运行安全可靠,经济效益明显。
This paper describes the optimization modification of the circulating water pump control system reliability improvement made by Yunnan Huadian Zhenxiong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,which is of great significance to the safe and economic operation of the power plant.In combination with the actual situation of the power plant,it is elaborated in detail that the circulating water pump DCS system is changed to two units to be controlled separately.The key technologies and innovations are analyzed to improve the system reliability.The circulating water pump system of unit 1 and 2 of Zhenxiong Company has been completely transformed.This technical renovation investment is small and the effect is obvious.At the same time,it ensures the simplicity and clarity of the system,facilitates operation and maintenance,eliminates the original safety hazards,improves the control level of auxiliary machines and the overall automation level of the unit.The modified system operates safely and reliably with obvious economic benefits.
