摘要
自黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、河北、河南及山东共收集了87份紫苏资源作为试验材料,显微镜下观测紫苏叶下表皮腺毛的类型、大小、分布、密度及数量,对各指标与种子含油率进行相关性分析和比较分析。结果显示,腺毛密度和腺毛数量与种子含油率均呈极显著正相关。各腺毛密度与种子含油率的相关性大小依次为:盾状腺毛密度>总腺毛密度>头状腺毛密度>三级叶脉上分布的头状腺毛密度。各腺毛数量与种子含油率的相关性大小依次为:盾状腺毛数量>总腺毛数量>头状腺毛数量>三级叶脉上的头状腺毛数量,认为盾状腺毛的数量和密度可作为油用紫苏资源筛选和新品种选育的一个形态学参考指标。
In this paper,87 resources of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt.were collected from Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Hebei,Henan and Shandong.The type,size,distribution,density and quantity of glandular hairs on the lower epidermis were observed under microscope.The correlation and comparative analysis were carried out on the indexes and the oil content of seeds.The results showed that the density and number of glandular hairs were positively correlated with the oil content of seeds.The correlation between the density of glandular hair and the oil content of seeds was as follows:peltate trichomes>total glandular hair>capitate trichomes>capitate trichomes on the third level of veins.The correlation between the number of glandular hairs and the oil content of seeds was as follows:peltate trichomes>total glandular hair>capitate trichomes>capitate trichomes on the third level of veins.The number and density of peltate trichomes can be used as a morphological reference index for the selection and breeding of Perilla frutescens.
