摘要
为使加注系统能够收集各传感器数据并通过人机交互界面实时显示智能软管吊、两船间距和加注管内部等重要信息,同时在紧急情况下实现紧急拉断功能,构建LNG浮式加注管控硬件系统,管控软件采用一体化、平台化设计思路,实现了资源和信息共享,能对多参数管控系统及设备管理数据进行监测,同时对系统运行过程中产生的故障进行报警。
In order to enable the bunkering system to collect sensor data and display important information such as intelligent hose crane,the distance between two vessels and internal information of the bunkering pipe in real time through human-computer interaction interface,and realize emergency pull-off function in an emergency situation,the hardware system of LNG floating charging control is constructed.The software of the LNG offshore floating bunkering control system was developed based on the integrated and platform-based design ideas.The system could realize the sharing of resources and information,to monitor data of multi-parameter control system and the equipment,and alarm the faults during the operation of the system.
