摘要
针对南海海域广泛应用的STP形式单点电滑环的回装施工难,作业周期长的问题,以番禺某FPSO单点电滑环维修项目为例,对作业过程中的转运装置及吊装方案提出了优化方案,使用无浮拖法进行在线回装作业,可成功解决传统方案中施工风险高,资源调配难,工期跨度大等问题,优化的作业方案可以避免大型施工资源调配时耗费太多待机时间,可有效降低施工过程中的风险。
In order to solve the maintenance problem of STP single-point electric slip ring widely used in the South China Sea,taking a FPSO single-point electric slip ring maintenance project in Panyu as an example,an optimized plan was proposed for the transfer device and the hoisting plan during the operation.The non-floating method was used for online reloading operations.The problems of high construction risk,difficult resource allocation and large construction period in the traditional scheme were solved successfully.The optimized operation scheme can avoid spending too much standby time in large-scale construction resource allocation and effectively reduce the risk in the construction process.
