攀枝花钒钛矿区土壤重金属健康风险研究 被引量:3

摘要 调查了攀枝花市某钒钛矿区土壤中五种重金属(Pb、Zn、Cu、Cr、Cd)的污染特征,进而采用美国环保局推荐使用的健康风险评价模型进行暴露风险评估,及致癌和非致癌健康风险评价。结果表明,该地区土壤中Pb、Zn、Cu、Cr、Cd的含量与农用地土壤污染筛选值相比,Pb污染最为严重,含量超出筛选值70~155倍,Cd污染次之,超出筛选值1~6.08倍,其余重金属基本未造成污染。暴露风险评估结果表明,5种重金属均以经口摄入途径的贡献率最高。健康风险评价结果表明,几种重金属对人体健康造成的潜在非致癌风险的大小顺序为Pb>Cr>Cd>Zn>Cu,致癌风险的大小依次为Pb>Cd>Cr,其中土壤Pb非致癌风险值超出阈值4~7倍,对儿童的潜在致癌风险值超过风险水平上限57%。同时,所有重金属污染物对儿童造成的健康风险均高于成人。该地区如需后续利用,当地相关部门应采取积极措施对研究地区土壤Pb污染进行治理。 The pollution characteristics of five heavy metals(Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr,Cd)in the soil of a Ti-lead mine area in Panzhihua City were investigated,and then the health risk assessment model recommended by the USEPA was used to assess the exposure risk,carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic health risk in this study.The results showed that compared with the agricultural land soil pollution screening values,the concentrations of Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr and Cd in the soil of the mining area were as follow.Pb pollution is the most serious,and the Pb concentration is 70~155 times higher than the screening value,followed by Cd pollution,which is 1~6.08 times respectively higher than the screening value.Other heavy metals do not cause pollution.The exposure risk assessment results indicated that the contribution rate of oral ingestion was the highest for all five heavy metals.The results of health risk assessment showed that the order of potential non-carcinogenic risks caused by several heavy metals to human health is Pb>Cr>Cd>Zn>Cu,and the order of carcinogenic risk is Pb>Cd>Cr,The non-carcinogenic risk value of Pb exceeds the threshold value by 4 to 7 times,and the potential carcinogenic risk of Pb to children was 57%higher than the upper limit of the risk level.At the same time,all of the heavy metal pollutants pose higher health risks to children than adults.For subsequent use in the region,it’s essential for the local authorities to take active measures to control Pb pollution in the soil of the research areas.
