摘要
教育部高等教育司主办的全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛,是面向全国在校学生开展科技创新工程实践活动的全国性大赛。通过深入分析大赛工程场景数字化赛项与创新实践能力培养的关系,文章提出“虚实结合,以赛促教,以赛促改”的创新实践能力培养模式。针对此培养模式,研究者构建以工程基础认知、虚拟仿真实训、生产现场操作三个训练层次为核心的虚拟仿真教学体系,并详细阐述体系中各类课程与工训大赛深度融合而进行的改革与建设。以基于虚拟现实技术的大型电动机轴承更换游戏的开发为实例,文章验证工训大赛牵引下的虚拟仿真教学模式的具体实施及效果。研究结果表明,大赛牵引下的虚拟仿真教学模式对提升学生的创新实践能力,以及促进工程训练中心的建设,都有积极作用。
National undergraduate engineering training integration ability competition(engineering training competition)sponsored by the Department of higher education of the Ministry of education is a national competition for students to carry out scientific and technological innovation engineering practice activities. Through penetrating into the relationship between the digitalization of engineering scene competition, the cultivation of innovation, and practice ability, this paper proposes the cultivation mode of innovation and practice ability based on the idea of “promotion of teaching by competition, promotion of learning by competition, and promotion of reform by competition”. In view of this training mode, this paper constructs a virtual simulation teaching system with three training level based on the engineering basic cognition, the virtual simulation training, and cored production field operation as the core. in addition, it elaborates the reform and construction of all kinds of courses in the system and the deep integration of engineering training competition. Taking the development of large motor bearing replacement game based on virtual reality technology as an example, the specific implementation effect of virtual simulation teaching mode with the guidance of industrial training competition is further verified. The results show that the virtual simulation teaching mode with the guidance of engineering training competition has played a positive role in both improving students’ innovative ability of practices and promoting the construction of engineering training center.
