摘要
目的为了探究小骨窗外侧裂入路神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血患者对血肿清除率的影响。方法随机对照选取濮阳市安阳地区医院2020年1月至2021年7月收治的136例年龄>60岁的患者作为研究对象。按手术方式分为对照组和研究组,每组68例,对照组行常规开颅血肿清除术,研究组行小骨窗外侧裂入路神经内镜。对比两组患者手术相关指标以及两组患者血肿清除率及并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间以及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后研究组血肿清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小骨窗外侧裂入路神经内镜应用于高血压脑出血患者,有利于缩短患者的手术时间,进一步缩短住院时间,促进血肿清除,降低并发症。
Objective To explore the effect of neuroendoscopy through lateral fissure approach outside the small bone window on the clearance rate of hematoma in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 136 patients over 60-years-old treated in Anyang district Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and study group according to the different operation method,with 68 cases in each group,the control group received routine craniotomy and hematoma removal,and the study group received neuroendoscopy through lateral fissure approach outside the small bone window.The operation related indexes,hematoma clearance rate and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of hematoma in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of neuroendoscopy through lateral fissure approach outside the small bone window in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is helpful to shorten the operation time,further shorten the hospital stay,promote the removal of hematoma and reduce complications.
