摘要
利用生物基单体异山梨醇代替石油基单体双酚A合成了生物基环氧树脂SIE-21,考察了催化剂用量、添加形式、滴加速度、反应时间等对SIE-21的影响。以SIE-21、二乙烯三胺、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚为原料,成功制备了生物基水性环氧树脂涂料固化剂,同时考察了反应时间、反应温度等对SIE-21及固化剂性能的影响,并对最优化固化剂进行了简单的固化性能测试。结果表明,通过引入异山梨醇单体,生物基环氧树脂固化剂的吸水率可达17%,且具有一定的拉伸强度。异山梨醇作为生物可再生原料可以制备性能较好的水溶性环氧树脂涂料固化剂。
Biobased epoxy resin SIE-21 is synthesized by using isosorbitol as monomer to replace bisphenol A.The effects of the dosage,adding form and dropping speed of catalyst,as well as reaction time on SIE-21 are discussed.Biological waterborne curing agent for epoxy coatings is successfully prepared from SIE-21,diethylene triamine and polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether.The effects of reaction time and temperature on the products are investigated.The curing performance of the optimized curing agent is tested also.The results verify that after addition of isosorbitol monomer,the curing agent exhibits a 17%of absorption rate to water,and has a certain tensile strength.As a bio-renewable raw material,isosorbitol can be used to prepare water-soluble curing agent for epoxy coatings.
