摘要
将电化学法制备的石墨烯与十二烷基苯磺酸钠在超纯水中超声1.5 h,实现对石墨烯的非共价改性。用所得的复合材料构建了一种石墨烯传感器,利用循环伏安法探究吲哚丁酸的电化学行为。在最优实验条件下,使用线性扫描伏安法对吲哚丁酸进行测定,线性浓度范围为0.5~100μmol/L,最低检测限为0.022μmol/L(S/N=3)。该传感器综合性能良好,将其应用在化肥中吲哚丁酸的测定,回收率为98.90%~101.03%。
Non-covalent modification of graphene is realized after graphene prepared by electrochemical method has been ultrasonicated with sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in ultra-pure water for 1.5 h.The electrochemical behavior of indole-3-butyric acid is investigated through cyclic voltammetry using a graphene sensor constructed from the obtained composite materials.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the linear sweep voltammetry method is utilized to determine indole-3-butyric acid.It is shown that the linear concentration range is 0.5-100μmol·L^(-1),and the lowest detection limit is 0.022μmol·L^(-1)(S/N=3).The sensor is verified to have a good comprehensive performance,and the recovery can reach 98.90%-101.03%of when it is applied in the detection of indole-3-butyric acid in chemical fertilizer.
