摘要
目的 探讨延续护理用于居家腹膜透析患者管理中的价值。方法 选取2018年7月至2021年6月本院接诊的居家腹膜透析病患150例,随机均分两组。研究组采取延续护理,对照组行常规护理。对比不良反应发生情况、治疗依从性、对健康知识的认知程度、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果 研究组不良反应发生率为5.33%,比对照组的22.67%低,P <0.05。研究组治疗依从性为98.67%,比对照组的88.00%高,P <0.05。研究组干预后ESCA评分为(143.67±11.28)分,比对照组的(116.94±10.31)分高,P <0.05。研究组对健康知识认知度为(89.42±4.16)分,比对照组的(67.53±5.24)分高,P <0.05。研究组干预后的KDQOL-SFTM评分为(86.53±4.16)分,比对照组的(77.25±3.94)分高,P <0.05。结论 于居家腹膜透析管理中应用延续护理利于改善患者的生活质量,提升自我护理能力、治疗依从性及健康知识认知度,预防不良反应的发生。
Objective To study the value of continuing nursing in the management of patients with peritoneal dialysis at home. Methods From July 2018 to June 2021, 150 patients with peritoneal dialysis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. The study group took continuous nursing, and the control group took routine nursing. The incidence of adverse reactions, treatment compliance, awareness of health knowledge, self-care ability and quality of life were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.33%, which was lower than that in the control group(22.67%), P<0.05. For treatment compliance, 98.67% in the study group was higher than 88.0% in the control group(P<0.05). For ESCA score, the study group(143.67±11.28) was higher than the control group(116.94±10.31) after intervention,P<0.05. In terms of health knowledge awareness, the score of study group(89.42±4.16) was higher than that of control group(67.53±5.24), P<0.05.The score of KDQOL-SFTM in the study group was(86.53±4.16) after intervention, which was higher than that in the control group(77.25±3.94),P<0.05. Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in home peritoneal dialysis management is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients, enhance self-care ability, treatment compliance and health knowledge awareness, and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
