摘要
以实际工程为例,对超厚覆盖层大直径嵌岩灌注桩施工技术进行研究。施工中,选用全液压反循环钻机成孔,针对桩孔上部覆盖层及中、微风化基岩采用配备相应的钻头进行液压加压回转钻进,并进行大流量泵吸反循环排渣,钢筋笼及灌注导管安装到位后,及时安排二次清孔,达到了成孔速度快、成桩质量好的效果。
Taking practical engineering as an example,the construction technology of large diameter rock-socketed cast-in-place pile with super thick overburden is studied.In construction,the full hydraulic reverse circulation drill is selected to form holes.Aiming at the overburden layer of the pile hole and the moderate and breezy bedrock,hydraulic pressure rotary drilling was carried out with the corresponding drill bit,and the slag discharge was carried out with high flow pumping and reverse circulation.After the reinforcement cage and perfusion catheter are installed in place,the secondary hole cleaning shall be arranged in time.It achieves the effect of fast hole forming speed and good pile forming quality.
