摘要
近年来,牛奶抗生素超标等食品质量安全事故时有发生,牛奶质量安全受到全社会的广泛关注,因此开展牛奶中氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留检测方法研究十分必要,发展快速、高灵敏度、高通量的检测方法成为对检测机构极为迫切的新需求。本文对牛奶中氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留的主要检测技术进行了阐述,包括仪器分析法、快速检测法、微生物检测法等,分析了各种方法的优缺点,同时对牛奶中氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留检测技术发展方向进行了展望。
In recent years,as food quality safety accidents such as excessive milk antibiotics have occurred from time to time,milk safety has received extensive attention from the whole society.It is very necessary to carry out research on the detection methods of fluoroquinolone antibiotic residues in milk.Developing a more rapid,high-sensitivity,and high-throughput detection method has become an extremely urgent requirement for testing institutions.This article reviews the main detection methods for fluoroquinolone antibiotic residues in milk,including instrumental analysis,rapid detection,and microbiological detection.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analysed in this review.Furthermore,the development trend of the detection methods for fluoroquinolone antibiotic residues in milk is reviewed.
