摘要 汽车底盘模块化设计既能够减少生产成本,又能够加强顾客需求的反应能力,继而对提升汽车行业市场竞争力举足轻重。鉴于传统汽车底盘缺乏操作性高且针对性强的模块划分,难以适用于较为复杂的模块编码系统。为此,研究构建了结合QFD技术与KANO模型的汽车底盘模块化设计方法,同时基于模糊聚类的模块划分算法,对汽车底盘设计进行模块合理划分,既验证了模块化设计的有效性与可行性,又完成了底盘悬架模块化的设计方案,从而为汽车底盘模块化设计提供客观的数据支持。 the modular design of automobile chassis can not only reduce the production cost,but also strengthen the response ability to customer demand,which is very important to improve the market competitiveness of the automobile industry.In view of the lack of highly operable and targeted module division of the traditional automobile chassis,it is difficult to apply to the more complex module coding system.Therefore,this study constructs a modular design method of automobile chassis combining QFD technology and Kano model.At the same time,the module division algorithm based on fuzzy clustering is used to reasonably divide the modules of automobile chassis design,which not only verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of modular design,but also completes the modular design scheme of chassis suspension,So as to provide objective data support for the modular design of automobile chassis.
