基于弹性气囊的试验台隔振系统设计

摘要 鱼雷热动力装置各组件结构复杂,振源丰富且耦合程度高。为模拟动力装置的真实工作状态,有效隔离电机等试验环境对动力装置的振动传递,设计一种基于帘线式弹性气囊的隔振支撑系统,并对其进行技术特性研究和试验验证。结果表明:该系统在充分保障试验台运行可靠性和安全性的前提下可有效阻断环境振动的传递途径,为动力装置振源分离、评估和控制提供参考。 The structure of component of torpedo thermal power plant is complex with abundant vibration sources and high coupling degree.In order to simulate the real working state of power plant, and isolate the vibration transmission effectively in the experiment environment such as the motor, an vibration isolation support system based on cord type elastic airbag was designed, and the technical characteristics were analyzed.The results show that by using the system, the vibration transmission path of environment vibration can be blocked effectively on the premise of fully ensuring the reliability and safety of the test bed operation, and it can provide reference for the vibration source separation, evaluation and control of power plant.
