摘要
网络药理学是一门基于系统生物学理论的新兴学科,近年来发展迅猛,尤其多应用于临床和药学。在阅读和梳理网络药理学相关研究的基础上,归纳整理了网络药理学相关概念和在食疗护理中的联系、意义及评价,并对网络药理学的作用机制、靶点预测、发现生物活性化合物及药物开发的研究进展进行综述,提出了网络药理学在现阶段研究中出现的挑战及展望,以期网络药理学在指导食疗护理方面发挥重要作用。
Network pharmacology is a new subject based on the theory of systems biology,and has developed rapidly in recent years,especially in clinical and pharmacy applications.In this paper,on the basis of reading and sorting out previous studies related to network pharmacology,the author introduced the related concepts of network pharmacology and its connection,significance and evaluation in dietary therapy nursing,and summarized the research progress of network pharmacology in mechanism of action,target prediction,discovery of bioactive compounds and drug development,and raised the challenges and prospects of network pharmacology in current research.It is expected that network pharmacology will play an important role in guiding dietary therapy nursing in the future research.
