摘要
乡村是复合的系统,影响其发展的因素众多,构建合理的评价体系对乡村发展具有重要的意义。本研究运用熵值法确定乡村发展影响因素权重,计算乡村发展水平评价值。结果表明:乡村吸引力、乡村城镇化水平、区位条件三个要素的权重值最高,影响乡村发展的程度最强。通过实例进一步验证评价体系的合理性,分析了乡村吸引力“三力”成因理论、城乡关系的演替规律,以及区位优势作用,为乡村发展方向确定和范式选择提供科学依据,为乡村振兴提供新思路。
Rural is a comprehensive system including the characteristics of compositionality, dynamic development, and synergistic driving principles, which has many factors affecting its development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a reasonable evaluation system of rural development level to evaluate rural development level. The entropy value method is used to verify the effectiveness and the weight of influencing factors of rural development, calculating the evaluation value of rural development level. The results show that the three factors of rural attraction, rural urbanization level and location conditions have the highest weight value, affecting the degree of rural development. According to the actual situation, the rationality of the established evaluation system of rural development level is further verified. Then, the theory of ’three forces’ of rural attraction, the succession law of urban-rural relationship and the evaluation index of location advantage are put forward, which provide scientific basis for the determination of rural development direction and the selection of paradigms, and provide new ideas for rural revitalization.
