氢燃料电池空压机动压箔片轴承设计与试验 被引量:5

摘要 针对野外战车应急发电机组的氢燃料电池空气压缩机,使用空气动压箔片轴承代替滚动轴承,提出了一种无油空压机轴系的设计方法。先通过预估轴承支承刚度进行轴系的转子动力学分析,根据分析结果设计符合支承刚度和空压机轴向推力要求的气体动压箔片轴承,形成完整的设计方案,并成功应用于轴承-转子系统中。测试了空压机轴系全转速范围内的轴系升降速振动三维频谱图和在40000、60000、80000和100000 r/min下的转子振幅和轴心轨迹,以及耐久性实验的轴系振动结果和轴承温升特性。实验结果表明,设计的轴承性能良好,轴系具有良好的转子动力学稳定性,验证了所提出的轴承设计方案的可行性。 For the hydrogen fuel cell air compressor of field combat vehicle emergency generator set,the design process and method of an oil-free air compressor shafting were proposed by using aerodynamic foil bearings instead of rolling bearings.A design scheme of aerodynamic foil bearing was proposed and successfully applied to a bearing rotor system.Through the experiment,the three-dimensional frequency diagram of the shaft system vibration in the whole speed range of the air compressor and the rotor amplitude and shaft center track at 40000,60000,80000 and 100000 r/min were obtained,as well as the shaft vibration results and bearing temperature rise characteristics of durability test.The experimental results show that the designed bearing has good performance and good rotor dynamic stability.The bearing design scheme proposed in this paper is feasible.
