摘要
目的观察针刺翼(蝶)腭神经节治疗分泌性中耳炎患者相关症状改善的程度、时间、持续性,探讨该针刺法对分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法将80例分泌性中耳炎患者(存在鼓室积液)随机分为针刺+药物治疗组和药物对照组,各40例。对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,配合口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊;治疗组在对照组基础上加之针刺翼(蝶)腭神经节,连续治疗2周,观察2组的临床疗效及听力改善情况。结果针刺+药物治疗组总有效率为90%,明显高于药物对照组的77.5%,(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后平均听阈值均较治疗前降低,2组患者治疗后ETDQ-7评分平均值低于治疗前,且针刺+药物治疗组优于药物对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺翼(蝶)腭神经节可以有效改善分泌性中耳炎患者症状,故可作为分泌性中耳炎的治疗方法之一进行推广。
Objective To observe the degree,time and duration of acupuncture at the pterygopalatine ganglion in the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media,and to explore its curative effect.Methods A total of eighty patients with secretory otitis media(with tympanic effusion)were randomly divided into an acupuncture+drug treatment group and a drug control group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given mometasone furoate nasal spray,combined with oral Eucalyptus Pini enteric-coated soft capsules,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the pterygopalatine ganglion on the basis of the control group,both for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and hearing improvement of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the acupuncture+drug treatment group was 90%,significantly higher than that of the drug control group(77.5%)(P<0.05).The average hearing threshold of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.The average ETDQ-7 scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the acupuncture+drug treatment group was better than the drug control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the pterygopalatine ganglion can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with secretory otitis media,so it can be promoted as one of the treatment methods for secretory otitis media.
