摘要
随着中国经济的飞速发展,愈来愈多的农村人口向大城市迁移或到大城市工作,形成了大量的流动人口。这些流动人口往往会在迁入地就医,在此过程中形成了许多异地就医管理上出现的医保统筹、分级诊疗、异地就医监管等问题。2013年我国部分省份实施跨省就医及时报销政策,截至2018年医疗保险异地就医政策已经实施了5个年头,因此,从盐城市异地就医政策管理现状出发分析,发现完善医疗统筹、加强监管力度可以缓减异地就医压力。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,more and more rural population migration or work to big cities,formed a large number of floating population,these floating population often choose to move in the place,in the process formed many medical insurance management of medical treatment,hierarchical treatment,supervision of medical treatment.In 2013,some provinces in China implemented the timely reimbursement policy of inter-provincial medical treatment.As of 2018,the medical insurance policy has been implemented for 5 years.This paper starts from the management situation of remote medical treatment policies in Yancheng,analyzed and found that improving medical planning and strengthening supervision can reduce the pressure of medical treatment in different places.
