摘要
文章以《餐饮服务与管理》课程为例,在全国课程思政建设大背景下,对江苏省30个职业院校餐饮服务教师进行访谈调研,分析现有课程思政建设问题。同时挖掘整理课程内容与思政教育契合点,从餐饮文化和礼仪、餐饮部基本认知、餐饮部岗位服务、餐饮部基层管理能力四个部分整理出课程内容、思政育人元素、可实现的思政育人目标。最后,以“三教”改革视角探索课程思政教学改革路径。
This article takes the course"Catering Service and Management"as an example.Under the background of national curriculum ideological and political construction,based on the analysis of the necessity of curriculum ideological and political,interviews and surveys with catering service teachers in 30 vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province are obtained.It explores and sorts out the points of convergence between course content and ideological and political education,sorting out course content,ideological and political education elements,and achievable elements from four parts:catering culture and etiquette,basic cognition of the catering department,post service of the catering department,and basic management ability of the catering department ideological and political education goals.Finally,it explores the path of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform from the perspective of"three teachings"reform.
