摘要
为了准确控制永磁同步电机的转速和位置,给出两种利用Infineon Aurix系列单片机解码电机位置电路方案的设计。在介绍电机位置传感器原理和对解码电路要求的基础上,详细分析旋转变压器激励信号和输出信号的信号类型,分别设计了旋变激励信号发生电路和旋变输出信号的解码电路。通过对比分析两种方案,可以根据系统要求的不同,合理选择不同方案,达到经济性和功能性要求的最佳组合。
In order to accurately control the speed and position of permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM), two designs of decoding motor position circuit using Infineon Aurix series microcontroller are presented.Based on the introduction of the principle of the motor position sensor and the requirements of the decoding circuit,the type of the excitation signal and the output signal of the resolver are analyzed in detail, and the generating circuit of the excitation signal and the decoding circuit of the output signal of the resolver are designed respectively.By comparing and analyzing the two schemes, different schemes can be reasonably selected according to the different requirements of the system to achieve the best combination of economic and functional requirements.
