摘要
通过对球磨机除尘灰物料性质的研究,结合除尘灰在烧结工序中的回收工艺流程,通过对混湿器工作参数、结构形式进行综合设计,制作了新型的球磨机混湿器,解决了传统混湿器的结构弊端,提高了除尘灰中金属的回收率,减少了环境污染。
Based on studying the properties of the dust removal ash material in a ball mill,and combining its recycling process in the sintering process,we made a new type of ball mill humidifier by comprehensively designing the working parameters and structure.It solves the structural disadvantages of the traditional humidifier,and finally increases the recycling rate of metal in the dust removal ash to reduce environmental pollution.
