摘要
采空区在我国具有分布广、隐蔽、复杂、地表变形范围大、容易引发地质灾害等特点。针对广州市白云区某住宅项目在采空区条件下如何进行有效的基坑支护设计和地基处理,进行一系列的研究后针对性地提出桩撑、桩锚组合基坑支护体系和“先隔后填、先粗后细、先下后上”的采空区处理方法,使得项目顺利实施,效果良好,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,研究成果对工程实践具有很强的指导意义。
Goaf has the characteristics of wide distribution,concealment,complexity,large range of surface deformation and easy to cause geological disasters in China.In view of how to carry out effective foundation pit support design and foundation treatment for the residential project in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City under the condition of goaf,after a series of research,puts forward the pile support and pile anchor combined foundation pit support system and the goaf treatment method of “separation before filling,coarse before fine,down before up”,which makes the project smoothly implemented and has good results.Good social and economic benefits have been achieved,and the research results have strong guiding significance for engineering practice.
