摘要
以某汽车变速拨叉零件加工为例,通过SolidWorks三维软件设计拨叉零件钻孔专用夹具三维模型,并根据夹具体的实际工况,计算夹具体所需的夹紧力与切削力。利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对所设计的专用夹具进行应力、位移以及相关模态分析。分析结果表明,拨叉零件钻孔专用夹具设计合理,并通过结构优化设计,增加了固有频率,提高了夹具体的稳定性。
Taking the machining of an automotive gearshift fork part as an example,a three-dimensional model of a special fixture for drilling the fork part is designed by SolidWorks,the clamping and cutting forces during the machining process are calculated.ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to carry out stress analysis,displacement analysis and related modal analysis on the designed special fixture.The analysis results show that the design of the special fixture for drilling fork parts is reasonable,and the structure optimization design increases the inherent frequency and improves the stability of the fixture.
