摘要
本文针对国内某聚乙烯装置调温水系统,运用Aspen HYSYS软件,对反应调温水系统进行稳态和动态模拟计算,确定该系统各参数调整方案,并与现场测试结果进行对比、分析,得到优化的操作变量,最终解决了该装置在调试过程中出现的调温水流量偏差、反应器进口温度波动较大的问题,同时装置实际良好运行情况的反馈验证了模型的可行性。
In this paper,aiming at the tempered water system of a polyethylene plant in China,using Aspen HYSYS software,the steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation calculation of the reaction tempered water system are used to determine the adjustment scheme of each parameter of the system;compare and analyze with the field test results to obtain optimized operating variables. The problems of tempered water flow deviation and reactor inlet temperature fluctuation that occurred during the commissioning process of the unit are finally solved. At the same time,the feedback of the actual good operation of the unit verifies the feasibility of the model.
