摘要
通过物理(紫外线诱变)和化学(氯化锂诱变)相结合的方法对209#己酸菌进行诱变,采用平板法对其进行单菌落分离。对分离得到的单菌种进行产酸性能测定,筛选出发生正向突变的菌种,并对其进行遗传性状稳定性测试。最终将筛选出的性状优良、稳定的菌种进行组合并应用到大生产中,从而达到提高己酸产量的目的。
Caproic acid-producing bacterial strain 209# was mutagenized by physical(ultraviolet) and chemical(lithium chloride)methods, and then isolated by plate method. The acid-producing capacity of the isolated strains was determined, and the strains with forward mutation were selected. The stability of the genetic traits of the selected strains was determined. Finally, the strains with excellent and stable properties were screened out and applied in mass production, which achieved the purpose of increasing caproic acid yield.
