摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的加深,我国养老产业已经成为一个新兴产业,养老服务备受社会和政府的关注。文章基于国际国内“双循环”新发展格局下我国城乡发展差距大、要素双向流动不畅的现象,阐述我国人口老龄化和养老服务机构、服务模式的现状及存在的问题,深入分析各种养老模式的优缺点及适应群体,并对各种养老模式的效应进行比较评价,为不同老人群体选择合适的养老模式提供参考,为我国养老服务体系的构建提供理论支撑。
With the more and more serious aging of population in China,senior care services have become an emerging industry and received great concerns of the society and the government.However,the selection of social care models and the evaluation of the effects of different models are still in the stage of development and exploration.Based on the facts of the big gap between urban development and rural development and the restricted two-way flow of factors under the new international and domestic“double cycle”development pattern in China,the paper presents the current situation and problems of the aging of population,the senior care institutions and service models in China,and goes further to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various senior care service models as well as their applicable objects and makes a comparative evaluation of their effects.It is expected to provide reference for different groups of elderly people to choose a suitable senior care model,and to provide theoretical support for the construction of the senior care service system in China.
