摘要
针对目前染料废水污染严重的问题,采用原位沉淀法制备了FeS/BT异相Fenton催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对催化剂的表面形貌和晶体结构进行了表征,并对水中罗丹明B进行了降解研究。考查了FeS/BT的用量、H2O2的加入量、初始溶液pH及罗丹明B初始浓度等因素对FeS/BT作为异相Fenton催化剂降解罗丹明B的影响。结果表明,在催化剂投入量为0.5 g,H2O2投入量为1.5mL,初始pH为2时,罗丹明B的降解率高达99.9%以上。催化剂循环使用6次后,罗丹明B的降解率仍可达98%以上。
FeS/BT heterogeneous Fenton catalyst was prepared by in-situ precipitation method in view of the serious pollution of dye wastewater. The surface morphology and crystal structure of the catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffrotometry and scanning electron microscope. The degradation of Rhodamine B in water was studied. The effects of FeS/BT dosage,H2O2dosage,initial solution pH and initial concentration of Rhodamine B on the degradation of Rhodamine B by FeS/BT heterogeneous Fenton process were investigated. The results showed that when the amount of catalyst input was 0.5 g,the amount of H2O2input was 1.5 mL,and the initial p H was 2. The degradation rate of Rhodamine B was over 99.9%. The degradation rate of Rhodamine B could still reach 98% after the catalyst was recycled for 6 times.
