摘要
利用反向微乳液法制备了十二烷基硫酸钠插层锌铝水滑石,并用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪对样品进行表征。探究了接触时间、温度、p H对于十二烷基硫酸钠插层锌铝水滑石吸附水中Cu^(2+)的影响。结果表明:十二烷基硫酸钠插层锌铝水滑石对模拟废水中的Cu^(2+)最大吸附量为64.10 mg/g。准二级吸附动力学模型和Langmuir模型可以很好地拟合该吸附剂对Cu^(2+)的吸附过程。该吸附过程属于自发的吸热过程。实验证明:十二烷基硫酸钠插层锌铝水滑石对Cu^(2+)有良好的吸附效果。
The sodium dodecyl sulfate intercalated Zn/Al layered double hydroxide was prepared by reverse microemulsion method and characterized through SEM and XRD. The effects of contact time, temperature and solution pH were investigated. The results showed that the sodium dodecyl sulfate intercalated Zn/Al layered double hydroxide exhibited high adsorption capacity of 64.10 mg/g for Cu^(2+). The adsorption behavior of this adsorbent was well fitted by the pseudo-second-order and Langmuir equations. The adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. Experiments show that the sodium dodecyl sulfate intercalated Zn/Al layered double hydroxide showed good adsorption effect on adsorption of Cu^(2+)solution.
