摘要
为了研究腹板开孔冷弯薄壁型钢轴压短柱屈曲性能和承载力设计方法,对28个不同开孔尺寸和不同截面的腹板开圆孔和正方形孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢短柱进行了轴压承载力试验,其中未开孔、开圆孔、开矩形孔试件分别为4,12和12个,圆孔直径为0.3,0.5,0.7倍腹板高度,矩形孔高为0.2,0.4,0.6倍腹板高度.试验结果表明,构件发生局部和畸变屈曲;与未开孔构件相比,开孔柱的承载力有所降低,且随着开孔尺寸的增大而逐渐降低.开孔尺寸对承载力有较大影响.采用ABAQUS有限元程序对试件进行了模拟分析,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,表明采用有限元分析此类开孔构件是可行的.基于开孔板件屈曲系数计算方法采用有效宽度法计算了开孔轴压短柱承载力,试验结果以及有限元分析结果表明基于开孔板件屈曲系数计算方法的有效宽度法是适用的.
In order to investigate the buckling behavior of cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel stud columns with web holes and to develop the design method for ultimate strength based on effective width method,the cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel columns with web holes with different normalized hole sizes and sectional dimensions are tested under axial compression.There are 4 noperforated members,12 members with circular holes,and 12 members with square holes.The normalized circular hole sizes are 0.3,0.5,and 0.7 to height of web.The normalized rectangular holes sizes are 0.2,0.6,and 0.8 to height of web.The test results show that the members are governed by local and distortional buckling.The capacities increase with the increase of the normalized hole sizes.Compared with the specimens without hole,the ultimate strengths of the specimens with holes decrease slightly,and the normalized hole sizes have great effect on the ultimate strength.Then the experiments are simulated using the finite element software ABAQUS.The simulation results show good agreement with the test results which demonstrates the feasibility of using the finite element method to analyze this kind of perforated stud columns.Finally,the effective width method is used to predict the load carrying capacities of stud columns with holes based on the buckling coefficient of element with holes.The comparison between calculated results and test and finite element results show that the effective width method based on the buckling coefficient of element with holes is feasibility for the cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel stud columns with web holes.
