摘要
针对某食品加工废水污染物浓度高、色度大、碱度高、氯离子含量较高等特点,设计采用气浮-水解-AO(投加生物填料)的主体处理工艺。运行中气浮段产生大量气泡,通过回流污泥上清液至调节池与原水混合,可显著解决气浮段泡沫问题。生化系统投加填料既可提高处理效果,又能够明显缩短调试周期,且对于水质的波动具有很好地抗冲击负荷能力。工程实践表明,该处理工艺具有针对性强、运行稳定性高、抗冲击负荷性能好、处理效果好、运行费用低、维护管理简单等特点,处理后的出水达到园区接管排放要求。
In view of the characteristics of food processing wastewater such as high pollutants concentration,high chromaticity,high alkalinity and high chloride ions content,air flotation-hydrolysis-AO(adding biological filler)was adopted as the main process for the said kind of wastewater treatment.A large number of bubbles are generated in the air floating section during the operation,and this problem could be significantly solved through mixing the backwash sludge supernatant into the regulating tank with the raw water.The addition of filler in biochemical system can not only improve the wastewater treatment effect,but also shorten the debugging period obviously,and has a good impact resistance capacity to water quality fluctuation.The engineering practice shows that,the said process has advantages of strong pertinence,high operation stability,good shock load resistance,good treatment effect,low operation cost,simple maintenance and management,and so on,and the quality of the treated effluent meets the discharge requirement of the park.
