酶解木质素炭的制备及其电化学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以纯化的酶解木质素为碳源,通N_(2)条件下高温炭化1、2和3 h制备了酶解木质素炭LC_(1)、LC_(2)、LC_(3)。采用SEM、TEM和氮气吸附/脱附等温线对炭材料进行分析,结果表明:LC_(1)、LC_(2)、LC_(3)的表面具有微孔、介孔和大孔结构,其比表面积分别为894.75、1376.74和776.47 m^(2)/g,孔容分别为0.41、0.70和0.40 cm^(3)/g。XRD和拉曼光谱分析表明,随着炭化时间的延长,酶解木质素炭的有序性逐渐增强。通过XPS分析表明酶解木质素炭主要含有C、O和少量N元素。采用三电极体系,对LC_(1)、LC_(2)、LC_(3)的电化学性能进行测试,结果表明:LC_(2)的比电容最大,在0.2 A/g电流密度下的比电容为222.2 F/g,在高电流密度20 A/g时LC_(2)的比电容可达到149 F/g。进一步研究了LC_(2)在超级电容器中的实际应用,结果表明:组装的对称超级电容器的单电极比电容最大且电容保持率(70.2%)最高,在1 A/g电流密度下,LC_(2)超级电容器经5000次充放电循环测试,均表现出良好的倍率性能和电化学稳定性,且使用对称LC_(2)超级电容器组成的串联电池可直接点亮LED灯。 Corn straw enzymatic hydrolyzed lignin carbon LC_(1),LC_(2)and LC_(3)were prepared using purified corn straw enzymatic hydrolyzed lignin as carbon source and carbonized at high temperature under N_(2)conditions for 1,2 and 3 h.SEM,TEM and nitrogen adsorption/desorption curve were used to analyze the prepared carbon materials.The results showed that LC_(1),LC_(2)and LC_(3)had microporous,mesoporous and macroporous structures with specific surface areas of 894.75,1376.74 and 776.47 m^(2)/g,respectively.The pore volumes of the samples were 0.41,0.70 and 0.40 cm^(3)/g,respectively.XRD and Raman spectrum showed that the order of the enzymatic hydrolyzed lignin carbon increased with the prolongation of carbonization time.XPS analysis showed that the enzymatic hydrolyzed lignin carbon mainly contained C,O and N(small amount)elements.The electrochemical properties of LC_(1),LC_(2)and LC_(3)were tested using a three-electrode system.The results showed that LC_(2)had the highest specific capacitance of 222.2 F/g at 0.2 A/g current density,and the specific capacitance of LC_(2)reached 149 F/g at higher current density of 20 A/g.Further study on its practical application in supercapacitors,the results showed that LC_(2)assembled symmetric supercapacitor had the largest specific capacitance per electrode and the highest capacitance retention(70.2%).At 1 A/g current density,the LC_(2)supercapacitor showed good rate performance and electrochemical stability after 5000 charge-discharge cycles.Moreover,a series battery composed of symmetric LC_(2)supercapacitor could directly light the LED lamp.
