基于分阶段创新活动需求的城市创新集聚区类型解析与构建引导

摘要 近年来,国内各类众创空间的建设方兴未艾,以纽约“硅巷”为代表的城市创新街区概念也成为热点,一些城市出现了盲目跟风、同质化建设单一模式创新空间而实际效果差强人意的现象。针对这一问题,本文从不同类型、不同阶段创新创业活动出发,深度解析创新创业活动成功所需的创新空间,并提出为构建更高效、紧密的创新网络,需选择“锚点”空间打造功能复合的各类创新集聚区。结合北京、合肥、无锡等不同类型城市的创新活动分布分析,进一步指出良好创新生态的构建,应当在充分考虑城市能级、城市特质的前提下,结合本城市创新资源和产业结构的优势,选定合适的创新空间“锚点”,科学谋划创新集聚区的建设。 In recent years,the concept of urban innovation blocks represented by"Silicon Alley"in New York has become a hot topic.Some cities just blindly follow suit and build single mode of innovation spaces,but the actual effect is just passable.To solve this problem,starting from different types and stages of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,this paper deeply analyzes the innovation space required for the success of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,and puts forward that in order to build a more efficient and compact innovation network,we need to choose the"anchor"space to create various innovation clusters with complex functions.Combined with the analysis of the innovation spatial distribution of different types of cities such as Beijing,Hefei and Wuxi,it is further pointed out that the construction of a good innovation ecology should select the appropriate"anchor"of innovation space and scientifically plan the construction and organization of innovation agglomeration area on the premise of fully considering the level and characteristics of a city,combined with the advantages of the city's innovation resources and industrial structure.
