模拟案例考核结合临床测评在护理责任组长竞岗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨模拟案例考核法结合临床测评应用于护理责任组长竞岗的效果。方法选取2019年12月通过理论、操作考核及演讲的方法聘任的65名护理责任组长作为对照组,2020年12月通过模拟案例考核及临床测评,按排名择优聘任的67名护理责任组长作为观察组;比较两组临床医生、同组护士及科室护士长对责任组长履职的满意度及责任组长工作能力考核情况。结果实施模拟案例考核结合临床测评竞聘护理责任组长后,医生、护士、护士长对观察组护理责任组长履职情况满意度均较对照组提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理部质控小组对护理责任组长进行临床工作能力考核,观察组得分较对照组提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将模拟案例考核及临床测评相结合的考评方法运用于责任组长竞岗中,能更有效地选拔出优秀的护理责任组长,提高医生、护士、护士长对其履职情况的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of simulated case assessment method combined with clinical assessment in nursing responsibility team leader competition.Methods 65 nursing responsible team leaders who were hired in December 2019 through theoretical,operational assessment and speech were selected as the control group.In December 2020,through the simulation case assessment and clinical assessment,67 nursing responsibility team leaders were selected and appointed according to the ranking as the observation group.The satisfaction of the responsible team leader's performance and the work ability assessment of the responsible team leader were compared between the two groups of clinicians,nurses in the same group and head nurses.Results After implementing simulated case assessment combined with clinical assessment to compete for the nursing responsibility team leader,the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and head nurses on the performance of the nursing responsibility team leader in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality control team of the nursing department conducted the clinical work ability assessment of the nursing responsibility team leader,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the evaluation method combining simulated case evaluation and clinical evaluation in the competition of responsible team leaders can more effectively select excellent nursing responsibility team leaders,and improve the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and head nurses on their performance of duties.
