摘要
以邯钢生产现场常用的4种铁矿粉为对象,在相同的化学成分配比下,研究铁矿粉粒度占比对其烧结基础性能及矿相结构的影响。结果表明:随着粒级为200~40目(0.074~0.42 mm)的铁矿粉占比的增多,其同化性能、液相流动性能等都会增强,连晶强度则会降低;随着40~6目(0.42~3 mm)和+6目(+3mm)粒级占比增加,其同化性能、液相流动性能相对降低;且随着细粒级(0.074~0.42 mm)铁矿粉含量增多,其铁酸钙的含量增多,且针状铁酸钙含量也会大大增多。
Four kinds of iron ore powders commonly was used in the production site of Handan Iron,as the object,under the same chemical composition ratio,the effects of particle size ratio of iron ore powder on its sintering basic properties and mineralogical structure were studied.The results show that with the increase of the proportion of iron ore powder with particle size of 200~40 mesh(0.074~0.42 mm),its assimilatio n performance and liquid phase flow performance will increase,and the continuous crystal strength will decrease;With the increase of the proportion of 40~6 mesh(0.42~3 mm)and+6 mesh(+3 mm),the assimilation performance and liquid phase flow performance decreased relatively;With the increase of the content of fine-grained(0.074~0.42 mm)iron ore powder,the content of calcium ferrite will increase,and the content of acicular calcium ferrite will also increase greatly.
