摘要
掘进机纵横2种截割头各有特点。建立截齿排列数学模型,以单齿受力模型为基础,提出计算截割头瞬时各方向载荷及截割效率的方法。针对向右横扫工况,计算出2种不同截割头在不同截深时可达到的推进速度、截割效率、截割负载等情况,进行定量的比较分析,为分析2种截割头的工作特性提供理论分析方法。
Two kinds of the longitundinal and transverse cutting heads of roadheader have their own characteristics.Established the mathematical model of pick arrangement,based on the force model of single tooth,presented a method to calculate the instantaneous load and cutting efficiency of cutting head in all directions.Aiming at the right sweeping condition,the advancing speed,cutting efficiency and cutting load of two kinds of cutting heads at different cutting depths were calculated,and the quantitative comparative analysis was carried out to provide theoretical analysis method for analyzing the working characteristics of two kinds of cutting heads.
