摘要
根据联接法兰的加工精度要求,制定了合理的工艺路线,介绍了联接法兰加工工装的设计、加工、检测及使用方法,保证电机与减速机之间的联接精度及两轴间的同轴度符合装配要求,简化了划线、找正、镗孔、钻孔等传统工序,优化工艺流程的同时显著提高联接法兰的生产效率,为今后同类零件的加工制作提供参考。
According to the machining accuracy requirements of the connecting flange,formulated a reasonable process route,introduced the design,processing,detection and use methods of the processing membrane,so as to ensure that the connection accuracy between the motor and the reducer and the coaxiality of the two shafts meet the assembly requirements,reduce the traditional processes of marking,alignment,boring and drilling,optimize the process and improve the production efficiency obviously,which provides the reference to process similar parts in the future.
