摘要
目的分析肾结石经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL)患者采取精细化护理的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月收治的肾结石患者200例,均给予MPCNL治疗,根据护理方法不同分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理,对比生活质量、观察指标、并发症、护理质量评分。结果观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1 d应激反应指标(CRP、PCT)水平均有升高表现,但是对照组升高范围明显高于观察组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理在MPCNL治疗肾结石患者中效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of fine nursing for patients with renal calculi undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL).Methods A total of 200patients with kidney stones admitted from June 2019 to June 2020 were treated with MPCNL,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,the control group was received routine nursing,while the observation group was received meticulous nursing.The scores of quality of life,observation indicators,complications and nursing quality were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay,operation time and blood loss in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of stress response indexes(CRP,PCT)in the two groups increased at 1d after operation,but the range of increase in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refinement nursing has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with kidney stones by MPCNL,which is worthy of application.
