摘要
通过查阅近年相关文献,总结了“真布病”(类风湿关节炎)的病因机制及藏医药对“真布病”诊断分型及治则治法的研究进展。“真布病”是因饮食起居不适导致黄水过盛,骤而引起关节肿胀和疼痛等症状的疾病,在文献中将其分成24种热证和23种寒证。藏医药在治疗中围绕调节“三因素”(隆、赤巴、培根)的动态平衡,选用局部外治和药物内服法给予镇痛舒筋药物,通过调节“隆”和“病血”的功能,可缓解关节不适,维持“三因素”的动态平衡,起到标本兼治作用。
The etiology and mechanism of "Zhenbu disease"(rheumatoid arthritis) as well as the research progress of diagnosis, classification and treatment of "Zhenbu disease" in Tibetan medicine were reviewed by referring to relevant literatures in recent years. It is considered that "Zhenbu disease" is a disease that causes joint swelling and pain due to excessive yellow water caused by discomfort in diet and daily life. And it is divided into 24 different syndromes of heat and 23 different syndromes of cold. Centering on adjusting the dynamic balance of the "three factors", Tibetan medicine adopts the method of local external treatment and drug internal administration to administer analgesic and tendon-relieving drugs. By adjusting the functions of "Long" and "Disease of the blood", it can relieve joint discomfort, maintain the dynamic balance of the "three factors", and play a role of treating both symptoms and root causes.
