摘要
为了探究川滇无患子嫁接的愈合机理和正接与倒接2种嫁接方式愈合过程的差异性,用正接、倒接2种不同的嫁接方式嫁接川滇无患子,测定嫁接砧木和接穗愈合过程中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉等含量,以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等活性的动态变化。结果表明,正接与倒接的砧穗碳水化合物含量变化趋势大体一致,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的总体变化趋势表现为升高-下降-升高,可溶性淀粉含量的总体变化趋势表现为持续下降,可溶性糖含量的整体变化趋势正接高于倒接。过氧化物酶(POD)含量倒接砧穗高于正接,POD活性增大,可以加快接无患子穗木质化程度,影响其嫁接愈合。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性接穗均呈先升高后下降再升高的趋势,砧木在愈合后呈上升趋势,而接穗呈下降趋势。2种嫁接方式的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化趋势基本一致,总体呈现一个先上升再下降再上升然后再下降的过程,最后基本都在最低水平。
In order to explore the healing mechanism of Sapindus delavayi.grafting and the difference of healing pro⁃cess between‘positive grafting’and‘reverse grafting’.two different grafting methods of‘positive grafting’and‘re⁃verse grafting'were used to graft Sapindus delavayi.The dynamic changes of physiological indexes such as soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,soluble starch content,catalase(CAT)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in the healing process of grafted rootstocks and scions were observed.The results showed that the change trend of carbohydrate content in the rootstocks and scions was generally consistent,and the overall trend of soluble protein and soluble sugar content was from increasing to decreasing to increasing.The overall trend of soluble starch content showed a continuous decline,and the overall trend of soluble sugar content was higher than that of reverse.The peroxidase(POD)content of the reciprocal scion was higher than that of the posi⁃tive scion,and the POD activity increased,which could accelerate the lignification degree of the scion and affect the grafting healing.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of scions increased first,then decreased and then increased.Rootstocks showed an upward trend after healing,while scions showed a downward trend.The change trend of cata⁃lase(CAT)activity of the two grafting methods was basically the same,showing a process of first rising and then fall⁃ing and then rising and then falling,and finally keeps basically at the lowest level.
