山西省肉羊产业发展现状及对策

摘要 羊肉作为我国主要的畜产品之一,在人们的日常生活中不可或缺。随着居民食品消费结构的不断升级,我国对羊肉产品的需求呈现增长趋势。在肉羊产业链不断完善、产业结构不断调整的当下,更应注重肉羊产业的科学有序发展。该文根据2011—2020年山西省和全国的肉羊产业相关数据,对山西省肉羊养殖存栏量、出栏量及羊肉产量进行了统计分析,对山西省肉羊产业发展的专业化程度、产业集中度及效率优势指数进行了测算;并针对肉羊养殖户生产过程中的薄弱环节及问题,提出了相应的对策建议。 As one of the main livestock products in China,mutton is indispensable in people's daily life.With the continuous upgrading of residents'food consumption structure,China's demand for mutton products shows an in⁃creasing trend.With the continuous improvement of mutton sheep industry chain and the continuous adjustment of industrial structure,we should pay more attention to the scientific and orderly development of mutton sheep industry.Based on the relevant data of mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province and the whole country from 2011 to 2020,this paper makes a descriptive analysis on the stock,slaughter and mutton output of mutton sheep breeding in Shanxi Province,and calculates the degree of specialization,industrial concentration and efficiency advantage index of the development of mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province.Finally,the weak links and problems of mutton sheep farmers in the production process are summarized,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
