智能汽车新工科人才培养实践教学体系探索

摘要 本文研究的主要目的是为了明确实践教学体系对智能汽车新工科人才培养计划的重要性,智能汽车的新一轮科技革命已经兴起,其产业迅猛发展迅速需要以大量新型人才为支柱。因此,新兴产业与人才匮乏之间出现的矛盾不容忽视,人才匮乏成为了智能汽车发展中亟需解决的问题。本文通过提出一些策略来建立起培养人才的实践教学体系,以期为智能汽车领域培养出德才兼备创新人才,以及专业复合型的智能汽车新工科人才。此次本文以文献研究法为基础,通过对相关文献的查找,为文章提供坚实的理论依据。通过文章的分析得知,建立实践教学体系可从应用实践教学体系、建立过程考核标准、提高人才的实践能力等三方面入手,能在一定程度上提升智能汽车新工科人才的质量,进而使得智能汽车行业再创佳绩。 The main purpose of this study is to clarify the importance of the practical teaching system to the new engineering talent training plan for smart cars.A new round of scientific and technological revolution of smart cars has emerged,and the rapid development of its industry needs to be supported by a large number of new talents.Therefore,the contradiction between emerging industries and lack of talents cannot be ignored,and lack of talents has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of intelligent vehicles.This paper proposes some strategies to establish a practical teaching system for cultivating talents,in order to cultivate innovative talents with both political integrity and ability,as well as professional and complex new engineering talents for intelligent vehicles for the field of intelligent vehicles.This article is based on the literature research method,and provides a solid theoretical basis for the article through the search of relevant literature.Through the analysis of the article,it is known that the establishment of a practical teaching system can start from three aspects:the application of the practical teaching system,the establishment of process assessment standards,and the improvement of the practical ability of talents,which will lead to another success in the automotive industry.
