摘要
采用全寿命设计理念,通过调整常规制梁台座内预埋管设计参数同时满足制梁和台座爆破拆除的要求,提出一种兼作拆除炮孔的制梁台座预埋管拆除爆破技术。为了验证新技术的先进性,以安临公路AL4标段预制梁场制梁台座为例,对比了在原有设计基础上的钻爆法和新技术的爆破拆除的设计及拆除直接成本预算。结果表明:相比于钻爆法,使用新技术爆破拆除可大幅减少钻孔及爆破器材的消耗,避免了钻孔产生的噪声污染,缩短了工期,单位体积拆除直接成本降低了78.7%。预埋孔爆破拆除新技术具有明显的技术经济优势,可在其他类似临时钢筋混凝土结构设计、施工和拆除工程中推广使用。
Through adopting the life-cycle design concept and adjusting the parameters of the embedded pipe in the conventional beam-making pedestal,while meeting the requirements of the embedded pipe for beam-making and blasting demolition of the pedestal,this paper puts forward a demolition blasting technology of the embedded pipe in beam-making pedestal that is also used as a demolition blasting hole.In order to verify the advanced nature of the new technology,taking the beam-making pedestal of the prefabricated beam yard in the AL4 section of Anjiazui—linxia highway as an example,the design and direct demolition cost budget of the drilling and blasting method based on the original design and the blasting demolition based on the new technology are compared.The results show that compared with the drilling and blasting method,the new blasting demolition technology can significantly reduce the consumption of drilling and blasting materials,avoid noise pollution caused by drilling,shorten the construction period,and reduce the direct cost of demolition per unit volume by 78.7%.The new technology of blasting demolition of embedded holes has obvious technical and economic advantages,and can be popularized and used in other similar temporary reinforced concrete structure design,construction and demolition projects.
