调节膀胱逼尿肌舒缩相关信号通路的研究 被引量:2

摘要 膀胱生理功能障碍是控制排尿的中枢神经或周围神经受损害后引起的排尿功能障碍。膀胱正常排尿和储尿功能很大程度上取决于膀胱逼尿肌细胞(DSMC)的舒缩性。膀胱逼尿肌是一种特殊的平滑肌,舒缩性依赖于肌动蛋白细胞骨架的完整性,因此稳定的肌丝结构是保障逼尿肌正常舒缩的基础。本文针对调节膀胱逼尿肌收缩与舒张的相关信号通路进行综述。 Bladder physiological dysfunction is a voiding dysfunction caused by damage to the central or peripheral nerves that control urination.The normal storage/urination physiological function of the bladder depends to a large extent on the relaxation and contraction characteristics of bladder detrusor smooth muscle cells(DSMC).Bladder detrusor muscle is a special kind of smooth muscle tissue,and its contraction and relaxation depend to a large extent on the integrity of the actin cytoskeleton.Therefore,the stable muscle filament structure is the basis for ensuring the normal detrusor contraction of detrusor muscles.This article reviews the related signal pathways that regulating bladder detrusor contraction and relaxation.
