摘要
实施乡村建设行动,是加快乡村振兴的首要任务和重要抓手。在乡村建设行动实施背景下,乡村档案事业发展迎来机遇期,档案治理重心应下沉到乡村。结合“点线面体”思维模式,考量乡村档案治理问题,构建多级联动的乡村档案治理体系,引导乡村档案治理服务于乡村社会治理,实现乡村档案治理增效。
The implementation of rural construction actions is the primary task and important channel for accelerating rural revitalization,and it must be placed in an important position in the socialist modernization drive.Under the background of the implementation of rural construction actions,the development of rural archives has ushered in a period of opportunity,and the focus of archives governance should sink to the countryside.Combined with the"point,line and surface"thinking mode,consider rural archives governance issues,build a multilevel linkage rural archives governance system,guide rural archives governance to serve rural social governance,and realize rural archives governance efficiency.
