摘要
压力钢管是水电工程的重要组成部分,压力钢管钢材的选择既要考虑钢材的强度、塑性及韧性等指标,又要考虑是明管、暗管或岔管、工作水头等不同的工作条件,还要考虑其材质与焊接等加工工艺对结构应力的影响。基于对多个大型水电站钢管选择进行了多方面的探讨,取得了有益的研究成果。
Penstock is an important part of hydropower stations.In the selection of the penstock steel material,we should consider not only the steel strength,plasticity and toughness,but also the different working conditions such as the exposed pipe,concealed pipe or bifurcation pipe and working heads,as well as the influences of the material and welding processing on structural stresses.The selection of the steel penstocks in several large hydropower stations are discussed and some useful results are obtained.
