摘要
目的:探究血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)、血小板活化指标及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)亚型与急性心肌梗死危险程度的关系。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年11月武穴市第一人民医院86例急性心肌梗死患者,按照心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床试验(TIMI)评分结果分为A组(低危组)36例、B组(中危组)30例和C组(高危组)20例。比较三组的血清GDF-15、Hcy、UA、血小板活化指标及VEGF亚型,采用Spearman秩相关分析血清GDF-15、Hcy、UA、血小板活化指标及VEGF亚型与TIMI评分的关系。结果:C组的血清GDF-15、Hcy、UA、血小板活化指标及VEGF亚型均显著高于A组及B组,B组均显著高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析显示,血清GDF-15、Hcy、UA、血小板活化指标及VEGF亚型均与TIMI评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:GDF-15、Hcy、UA、血小板活化指标及VEGF亚型在急性心肌梗死患者中均呈现高表达状态,且上述指标与急性心肌梗死的危险程度密切相关,对急性心肌梗死的诊治具有一定的指导作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),homocysteine(Hcy),uric acid(UA),platelet activation index,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)subtype and the risk degree of acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction in First People’s Hospital of Wuxue City from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into group A(low risk group,n=36),group B(moderate risk group,n=30)and group C(high risk group,n=20)according to the results of thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)score.The serum GDF-15,Hcy,UA,platelet activation indexes and VEGF subtypes of three groups were compared,and the correlation between the serum GDF-15,Hcy,UA,platelet activation indexes,VEGF subtypes and TIMI score were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The serum GDF-15,Hcy,UA,platelet activation indexes and VEGF subtypes in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B,and those in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum GDF-15,Hcy,UA,platelet activation index and VEGF subtype were positively correlated with TIMI score(P<0.05).Conclusion:GDF-15,Hcy,UA,platelet activation index and VEGF subtype are highly expressed in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and the above indexes are closely related to the risk degree of acute myocardial infarction,which plays a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
