摘要
目前,国内井下安全阀的研制还处于初级阶段,存在结构复杂、密封性差、可靠性低等问题。文章在分析研究国产单阀板井下安全阀所存在的问题基础之上,充分借鉴现有井下安全阀先进设计经验,提出了一种新型双阀板式井下安全阀。该安全阀采用双阀板式结构,省去了传统井下安全阀复杂的永久锁定机构,简化了安全阀的结构,提高了其工作效率。最后对安全阀的阀板结构进行改进设计,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对在冲击载荷作用下的阀板进行仿真分析。结果表明,这种结构可以满足生产任务要求。
At present, the development of subsurface safety valve in China is still in the initial stage, and it has many problems such as complex structure, poor sealing performance and low reliability. In this paper, a new type of double-valve plate type subsurface safety valve is proposed after analyzing the problems existing in domestic subsurface safety valve and drawing on the advanced design experience of existing subsurface safety valve. This safety valve adopts double valve plate structure, which eliminates the complicated permanent locking mechanism of traditional subsurface safety valve, simplifies the safety valve structure and improves its working efficiency. Finally, the design of the valve plate structure is improved, and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the valve plate under the impact load. The results show that this structure can meet the requirements of production tasks.
