摘要
本文采用微乳液法调控含铜电镀污泥用作脱硝催化剂,并与含铜电镀污泥原样、油相调控和酸相调控后的含铜电镀污泥制备的脱硝催化剂进行脱硝效果对比。结果表明,相较于其他三种样品,微乳液法调控的含铜电镀污泥制备的催化剂样品具有最佳的NO去除率,其在300~400 ℃的温度区间能保持90%以上的NO去除率。其中,含铜电镀污泥原样与油相调控后的含铜电镀污泥催化活性较低,酸相处理的电镀污泥在300 ℃时NO去除效率可达60%,但之后开始下降。通过对四种样品的XRD图谱、碳含量结果以及扫描电镜图像的比对,采用微乳液法调控含铜电镀污泥制备的脱硝催化剂同时存在金属氧化物和金属原子,具有颗粒小、活性组分比较分散的特点。
In this paper,the microemulsion method is used to regulate copper-containing electroplating sludge as a denitration catalyst,which is compared with the denitrification effect of the original sample of copper-containing electroplating sludge,denitrification catalysts prepared from copper-containing electroplating sludge after oil phase regulation and acid phase regulation.The results show that,compared with the other three samples,the catalyst samples prepared from copper-containing electroplating sludge regulated by the microemulsion method have the best NO removal rate,which can maintain a NO removal rate of more than 90% in the temperature range of 300~400 ℃.Among them,the copper-containing electroplating sludge original sample and the copper-containing electroplating sludge after oil phase regulation have low catalytic activity,and the NO removal efficiency of acid-phase treated electroplating sludge can reach 60% at 300 ℃,but it starts to decline after that.By comparing the XRD patterns,carbon content results and scanning electron microscope images of the four samples,the denitration catalyst prepared by regulating the copper-containing electroplating sludge by the microemulsion method contains both metal oxides and metal atoms,which has the characteristics of small particles and relatively dispersed active components.
