摘要
随着人类生活水平的提高,越来越多工业化生产的食品被消费,且生产过程中含有大量有机物的工艺水排放,处理过程有成本支出,大量的生物泥若处置不当会对环境造成严重的二次污染。人们对动物源性蛋白在食品中需求比例逐渐上升,也加大了畜禽、水产养殖过程中饲料的需求。一种新性的专利iCell技术可实现利用有机工艺水作为营养源生产微生物蛋白(iCell SCP),是一种新兴可持续的负碳足迹的蛋白源,能排出洁净的水,实现营养和水的双循环,降低食品工厂的碳排放。且iCell SCP在畜禽和水产养殖有广泛的应用前景。
With the improvement of human living standards,more and more industrially produced food is consumed while lots of process water containing organic matters is discharged during the production process.The treatment of process water not only requires capital expenditures but also would be likely to cause secondary pollution to the environment if the large amount of bio-sludge is not disposed of properly.Meantime,the increasing demand for animalderived proteins in food also drives the feed demand for farming livestock,poultry and aqua animals.iCell's novel patented technology can achieve the production of microbial protein(iCell SCP),a new protein source featured with sustainability and negative carbon footprint,through the utilization of the organic process water as the nutrition source.At the same time,iCell technology can help purify the discharged wastewater,thus achieving the dual circulation of nutrition and water and reducing the carbon emission for food plants.Moreover,iCell SCP is now widely applied in livestock,poultry and aquaculture.
